Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. Understand, we want you to be fully satisfied with your printwork. If there is something you want corrected, we are happy to do so. If it is just not what you wanted, and there is no fixing it, return it to us and we will fully refund it.

Prints that were damaged after purchase are not returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Items will be refunded at the price purchased at, which will take into account any coupons, discounts, etc, and will also include the original shipping cost, if shipped.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
